Overview

The Lead/Manager, Clinical Compliance will oversee a multi-pronged team that is responsible for onboarding and continuous compliance of our clinical staff members. This role is ideal for someone with experience driving measurable efficiency gains in an operationally complex environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • Three years of management experience required.
  • HR experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • PHR or SPHR Certification preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience advising senior personnel.
