RemoteOtterRemoteOtterChange.org is searching for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the technical and team strategy for our new Scaled Outreach team, which is focused on using AI to amplify the reach and impact of citizen-led campaigns. As a key member of our Scaled Outreach and Engineering leadership team, you’ll launch foundational AI-powered outreach systems, build and mentor a high-performing team, and partner across functions to connect high-impact petitions with journalists, media outlets, and civic influencers around the world.
