Requirements

• Have 3 or more years of professional experience in a full-time engineering manager role for product engineering teams.
• Experience leading team sizes of 15-20+ with managers or leads reporting into you.
• Strong decision maker who effectively balances ambiguity, available data, speed, and quality.
• Have participated in developing or driving engineering-wide initiatives (recruiting processes, career frameworks, etc) in a prior role.
• Have prior experience managing complex, long-term projects that touch multiple teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Effective communicator and story-teller. Able to influence cross functional stakeholders and adjacent teams.
