Overview

The Non-QM Wholesale Account Manager Team Lead is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Account Managers, ensuring effective management of customer relationships and timely loan closings.

In Short

  • Lead and support a team of Account Managers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Brokers and Borrowers.
  • Oversee loan pipeline management and funding.
  • Monitor and assign loan applications.
  • Assist team members during high workload periods.
  • Train new account managers and conduct group training sessions.
  • Report on team performance and system issues.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Provide guidance in resolving loan processing issues.
  • Ensure adherence to productivity goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of mortgage Account Manager experience.
  • At least one year in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager.
  • Expertise in non-QM product knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with Lending QB/Meridian Link preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
