Non-QM Wholesale Account Manager - Remote

Overview

The Non-QM Wholesale Account Manager is responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring loans are brought to a close status while adhering to internal policies and procedures.

In Short

• Main contact and support between Brokers, Borrowers, and internal departments.
• Monitor and manage a large pipeline for timely loan funding.
• Order and verify third-party services related to loans.
• Ensure deadlines for approval letters and other requests are met.
• Verify incoming documents and data.
• Obtain provisions from brokers before loan submission.
• Perform all other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of mortgage Account Manager or loan processing experience.
• In-depth knowledge of all guidelines.
• Non-QM product knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with LendingQB/Meridian Link.
• Proactive, hardworking, and flexible team player.
• Excellent computer skills and MS Office knowledge.
• Strong customer service and time management skills.
• Highly motivated with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated high organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
