Chainlink Labs is seeking a Capital Markets Marketing Manager to help shape and execute marketing initiatives that elevate Chainlink’s presence across key stakeholders in the global financial services industry.

In Short

• Support the development of marketing strategies for institutional and capital markets audiences.
• Conduct foundational research into competitive landscape and audience segments.
• Assist in building market intelligence reports to support GTM decision-making.
• Collaborate with communications and PR teams for earned media efforts.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with product, legal, and sales teams.
• Manage day-to-day campaign execution across various channels.
• Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns with customers.
• Help plan customer-facing roundtables and networking events.
• Track KPIs and prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 6 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Experience developing content and campaigns for financial institutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience with cross-functional teams across marketing and sales.
• Financial industry/product knowledge.

Preferred Requirements

• Exposure to capital markets public relations and communications programs.
• Experience with industry events like Sibos, Money 20/20.
• Familiarity with campaign tracking tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Prior experience working remotely with global stakeholders.
