Chainguard is seeking a Director of Sales to lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives, focusing on driving sales and managing relationships with key customers in the open source software sector.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in technical product sales, preferably in open source or security.
  • 3+ years managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Experience with CSP marketplaces.
  • Proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
  • Existing relationships with Enterprise customers in the UK/Nordics.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
