  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of retail metrics.
  • Experience managing both branded and private label products.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
  • Ability to develop and manage sales teams effectively.
  • Deep knowledge of industry trends and customer behavior.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Experience in managing sales budgets and data analysis.
