Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s in Marketing or Business a plus.
• 6+ years of marketing, strategic planning, or event marketing experience.
• Blend of strategy and creativity with a data-driven mindset.
• Proven track record of executing regional marketing programs.
• Strong collaboration skills in a fast-moving environment.
• A challenger mindset to push boundaries and test new concepts.
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills.
• Ability to travel 15 – 25% within the Northeast/Tristate region.
