Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first. The Senior Data and Reporting Professional generates ad hoc reports and regular datasets or report information for end-users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts.

In Short

• Generate ad hoc reports and regular datasets for end-users.
• Work on moderately complex to complex issues requiring in-depth data evaluation.
• Align with specialty pharmacy data reporting and performance guarantees.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to produce required data elements.
• Maintain report forms, dashboards, data generators, and information portals.
• Create specifications for reports based on business requests.
• Influence department strategy and make decisions on project components.
• Work without direction and determine objectives for assignments.
• Communicate effectively with senior and executive leadership.
• Manage multiple competing priorities with strong organizational skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical experience in data reporting.
• 3+ years experience using SQL and Oracle database.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience with big and complex data sets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline preferred.
• Experience in system analytics or data warehousing.
• Passion for improving consumer experiences.
