Senior Data and Reporting Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Data and Reporting Analyst will generate and manage HEDIS data, maintain and create reports, and assist in database maintenance, integrating data from multiple sources to produce requested data elements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of data reporting experience.
• 3+ years of technical experience in ETL processes.
• Advanced Microsoft SQL skills.
• Experience with SSIS, Azure Synapse Analytics, and/or Databricks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proficiency in SAS and/or Python preferred.
• Experience in healthcare data mining preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
