The Service Quality Organization (SQO) is seeking an associate with experience in Microsoft Power Platform, specifically in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data visualization, app development, and process automation using these tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of data analysis and/or reporting experience.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• 1+ year of experience in SQL or SAS.
• Experience in managed care or healthcare sector preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
• Ability to learn business areas quickly.
• Experience with automated reports and self-service tools.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Prior experience in system analytics or data warehousing.
• Ability to extract necessary data elements for reporting needs.
