Bilingual Inbound Contacts Representative - Remote

In Short

• Work from home in a virtual call-center environment.
• Handle 80 to 100 inbound calls per day.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment while navigating multiple applications.
• Provide a positive experience through effective communication.
• Self-manage with minimal supervision while adhering to quality standards.
• Must reside in specific states (KY, IN, CO, FL, OH, OK, TX, AZ, TN, NC, VA).
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Participate in virtual training and on-the-job training.
• Work an 8-hour shift within specified hours.
• Occasional travel to Humana's offices may be required.

Requirements

• Strong customer service orientation.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient typing and computer navigation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and applications simultaneously.
• Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
• Previous call center experience preferred.
• Healthcare or pharmacy knowledge is a plus.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
