The Senior Data and Reporting Professional generates ad hoc reports and datasets for end-users, supporting Humana’s Virginia Medicaid plan network optimization through data integration and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of technical experience in data reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, SAS, and Excel.
• Experience with healthcare data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Passion for improving consumer experiences.
• Preferred: Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Experience with Tableau and Qlik.
