The Long Term Services & Support Community Advisor plays a crucial role in transforming the health of communities by supporting the recruitment and retention of direct care staff, while promoting self-determination and self-direction options for members.

In Short

• Support LTSS network providers with recruitment and retention of staff.
• Conduct virtual and in-person job fairs.
• Develop partnerships with local colleges and community groups.

• Assist individuals in self-direction and back-up plan development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3+ years of related experience in workforce development or HR.
• Community Health Worker Certification preferred.
• Must reside in specified Central Texas counties.
