The HEDIS Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of HEDIS data and reporting while assisting with quality improvement initiatives in both service and clinical areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of quality improvement or healthcare experience.
• Working knowledge of NCQA and HEDIS requirements preferred.
• 5+ years managing and reporting HEDIS data in health insurance.
• Strong knowledge of NCQA HEDIS standards and measures.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with quality initiatives and SQL.
