Overview

The Senior Manager of Change Management at Cengage Group will partner with leaders to inspire organizational change through effective communication and strategic management.

In Short

• Develop and drive global change management frameworks using Prosci.
• Draft, review, and proofread communications materials.
• Lead change management efforts for various initiatives.
• Work with PMO to manage projects and identify risks.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ensure alignment of change plans with project plans.
• Monitor behaviors and resistance during post-implementation.
• Develop internal relationships to facilitate effective change.
• Drive GTM communication plans.
• Implement change plans based on impact analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in communications or change management role.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively at all organizational levels.
