Territory Sales Manager (Canada) - Remote

Overview

The Territory Sales Manager works with the distributor to sell incremental cases and develop new and existing business in all retail channels, including Grocery, Convenience, and Food Service.

In Short

• Execute the sales plan through increased SKU distribution, shelf space expansion, promotions, displays, and brand collateral at retail locations.
• Participate in distributor route rides, market blitzes, and local key account calls.
• Communicate regularly with distributor partners about sales, marketing, and field opportunities.
• Support sales leadership with performance planning and local execution.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly KPI requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM applications.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
