Veeva Quality Vault Business Administrator - Remote

Overview

This position is focused on maintaining and supporting the health of Celerion’s Veeva Quality Suite to support Celerion's business objectives and efficiencies.

In Short

• Monitor system performance and usage.
• Oversee and manage Training Matrix.
• Develop data access controls and manage user accounts.
• Create reports and dashboards for management.
• Act as a point of contact for Veeva Quality Suite queries.
• Provide technical support to end-users.
• Develop and facilitate training for Training Administrators.
• Identify opportunities to optimize system usage.
• Support data migration from legacy systems.
• Perform testing of Veeva Quality to ensure quality standards.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a related field; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 1 year of experience configuring Veeva Vault.
• 3 years of experience with process/training development.
• Ability to document processes and manage projects.
• Highly organized and motivated.
• Ability to work effectively across all levels.
• Life sciences experience preferred.
• Veeva certifications are a plus.
