Veeva Vault Administrator - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a talented Veeva Vault Administrator to drive the optimization of our platform and ensure our systems support our mission of accelerating medicine for patients.

In Short

• Lead the ownership of our Veeva Vault ecosystem for optimal configuration and performance.
• Provide strategic input to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Maintain system integrity within regulatory frameworks including 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP standards.
• Spearhead implementation and testing of annual Veeva Vault releases.
• Support vault-to-vault sponsor integrations for seamless data flow.
• Lead training initiatives and improve configurations based on user feedback.
• Implement Veeva applications in regulated environments with comprehensive system validation.
• Maintain dashboards and reports, manage user access, and drive operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• Veeva Vault Certified Administrator credential (required).
• 5+ years of experience in a Veeva Vault Administrator role.
• At least 1 year of hands-on Veeva Vault configuration experience.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and GCP/ICH guidelines for clinical trials.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong project management skills and stakeholder communication abilities.
