In Short

• Assist with project management and site management for clinical studies
• Support project initiation, implementation, and milestone tracking
• Update and review project information systems and regulatory submissions
• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice and regulatory requirements
• Document management including creation, review, and filing
• Prepare documents for site initiation and monitoring visits
• Participate in audits and inspections
• Interact with sponsors and clients during meetings
• Support project teams in achieving study goals
• Work remotely from any US geography

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical-related field or life sciences
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and regulatory standards
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Computer literate with attention to detail
• Dedication to quality and client satisfaction
• Willingness to learn and gain experience in clinical research
