Project Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Project Coordinator will support the management and coordination of technical and logistical aspects of fiber optic construction projects, ensuring successful execution from planning through completion.

In Short

• Support daily execution of fiber deployment projects.
• Coordinate activities between field crews, subcontractors, engineers, and internal teams.
• Build and manage detailed project schedules.
• Monitor milestones and ensure field teams are aligned to timelines.
• Track daily/weekly progress and identify potential delays early.
• Maintain accurate records of fiber routing plans and permits.
• Provide regular reports to Project Managers and leadership.
• Serve as a key point of contact for vendors and clients.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve on-the-ground issues.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in fiber construction deployment.
• Proven ability to build and manage schedules.
• Familiarity with fiber installation standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience supporting US-based teams is a plus.
