Overview

As a Project Coordinator at our cybersecurity consultancy, you will support the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring deliverables are met efficiently.

• Coordinate project activities and schedules across multiple projects.
• Assist with project documentation, including plans and status reports.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination/administration.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, MS Project).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Experience in cybersecurity or consulting environments is an asset.
