Quality Administrator - Remote

Overview

The Quality Administrator will support major UK nuclear projects, ensuring quality frameworks are adhered to and improvements are identified.

In Short

• Support client project teams with quality management and governance.
• Facilitate NCR closure processes and lead investigations.
• Maintain and review Lifetime Quality Records.
• Assist in developing Project Quality Assurance Plans.
• Prepare quality reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Coordinate audit findings across subcontractors.
• Analyse quality metrics and KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 4–6 years’ experience in quality or technical support roles.
• Experience in regulated industries, preferably nuclear.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001.
• Experience managing NCRs and audit actions.
• Competent in analysing quality data and metrics.
• Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.
• Effective in both independent and team settings.
• Eligibility for UK BPSS security clearance.
