Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team with a heavy focus on creative messaging and lead generation.

In Short

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage marketing budget for maximum ROI.
• Create multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
• Use HubSpot CRM for lead tracking and optimization.
• Lead content strategy to support lead generation.
• Execute communications plan including PR and internal communications.
• Plan and optimize digital campaigns, including email, SEO, PPC, social, etc.
• Plan and manage execution of client conferences and trade shows.
• Mentor and lead a team of 7 marketing professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications.
• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and content creation.
• Exceptional creative writing and messaging skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with marketing tools like Google Analytics.
