Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our Customer Success team and support a portfolio of existing retail clients using our SaaS retail commerce solutions.

In Short

  • Fully Remote position with annual team events or able to commute to NJ office.
  • Act as the main point of contact for 100–150 SMB retail clients.
  • Build strong relationships through regular check-ins and strategic support.
  • Educate clients on SaaS retail offerings and uncover upsell opportunities.
  • Deliver product demos and share best practices to improve client outcomes.
  • Monitor account health and proactively address risks for renewals.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management or related role required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
  • Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of clients effectively.
  • Comfort with educating clients on technical platforms.
  • Experience with CRM systems and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Self-starter mindset with a passion for helping businesses grow.
  • Able to thrive in a remote-first work environment.
  • Bonus: Experience with POS systems or eCommerce platforms.
