Senior Technical AI Producer - Remote

Overview

CD PROJEKT RED is seeking an experienced Senior Technical AI Producer to join our Vancouver team and help lead the development and delivery of AI-based solutions that will shape the next generation of gaming experiences and immersive tools.

In Short

• Plan and manage schedules, milestones, and resource allocation for projects.
• Coordinate key resources including AI engineers and quality assurance.
• Encourage communication and collaboration across interdisciplinary teams.
• Track project progress and proactively identify risks.
• Serve as the main liaison between development teams, management, and external partners.
• Balance R&D and production/delivery of AI solutions.
• Manage project budgets.
• Work closely with QA teams and external tech providers.
• Stay informed about emerging AI trends and assess their relevance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in AI or technical project management in the gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their implementation in video games.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Able to bridge technical knowledge and creative vision.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project tracking tools.
• Adaptable to rapidly changing environments.
