Senior Tech Producer - Remote

We are currently looking for a motivated & ambitious Senior Producer to join our growing Production team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading one of our co-dev projects - DUNE. You will work throughout the last stages of production and lead the porting of the console. This is a technically complex project and will be mainly collaborating with 10-15 engineers.

This role presents an opportunity to leverage your experience within a growing team and directly impact our work-both on projects and how we work. There is room for you to bring and implement your ideas and best practices, helping us achieve top-tier quality work. You will have the chance to broaden your horizons with exposure to numerous AAA IPs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in production or project management.
• Experience with complex cross-disciplinary teams.
• Shipped multiple games as a producer.
• Excellent leadership and soft skills.

• Strong communication skills under pressure.
• Able to handle ambiguity and complex challenges.
• Comfortable working on multiple projects.
