• Define and drive marketing strategy for Abstraction.
• Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams.
• Shape brand positioning as a trusted partner for AAA game co-development.
• Execute campaigns across social, web, PR, and events.
• Work closely with CEO and BD leadership.
• Enhance team culture through collaboration.
• Bring fresh ideas that challenge conventional thinking.

• Manage external marketing, PR, and creative agencies.
• Present campaign insights to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or communications.
• Understanding of the game industry ecosystem.
• Experience defining and leading multi-platform campaigns.
• Track record in brand positioning and external marketing strategies.
• Experience executing B2B or industry-facing campaigns.
• Experience managing agencies and external partners.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
• Experience using marketing analytics tools.
