As the Head of Art at Abstraction, you will manage and mentor a multidisciplinary art team, ensuring their growth and the quality of art assets for various projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years as an Art Outsourcing Manager, Art Manager, or Art Lead.
• 5+ years in the games industry.
• Experience with production tools (Jira, Miro) and art creation tools (Maya, Photoshop).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Vision of good AAA Art production practices.
• Experience managing team tasks and deadlines.
• Strong aesthetic judgment and art culture.
