Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and versatile Marketing Manager to support our fast-paced marketing team across Dialogue Cloud, Deepdesk, and Tendfor. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a cross-functional environment and enjoys campaign execution. You’ll work closely with senior marketing managers, digital and content teams, and external partners to deliver high-impact campaigns and events that drive pipeline and brand visibility.

In Short

• Support integrated marketing campaigns across Dialogue Cloud, Deepdesk, and Tendfor.
• Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and digital teams to deliver campaign assets and messaging.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, briefs, and performance tracking.
• Own logistics and execution for webinars, conferences, and partner events.
• Manage pre-event communications, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up.
• Track event ROI and lead generation metrics.
• Assist in the delivery of partner co-marketing campaigns and enablement materials.
• Use Hubspot and our campaign dashboards to monitor performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain campaign calendars and reporting templates.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B tech or SaaS.
• Proven success in campaign execution and event coordination.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Hubspot (or similar CRM tool), marketing automation, and project management tools.
• Comfortable working across multiple products and priorities.
