Requirements

• 3–5+ years in B2B SaaS sales (preferably in CX tech, AI, contact centre solutions).
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Ability to explain AI and SaaS capabilities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and integrations in enterprise environments.
• Willingness to travel across Europe for client meetings and events.
