Technical Producer - Remote

Overview

We’re FuturLab, the award-winning game studio behind PowerWash Simulator, the Velocity series, Peaky Blinders Mastermind, and many more awesome games. We are looking to hire a Technical Producer to oversee the work of our core and technical teams on PowerWash Simulator 2.

In Short

• Oversee the work of core and technical teams for PowerWash Simulator 2.
• Create and track tasks and organize teams for delivery of fixes and features.
• Manage sprint cycles and ensure alignment on goals and deadlines.
• Facilitate improvements to development pipelines and tooling.
• Act as a bridge between engineering and creative teams.
• Identify technical risks and mitigate potential roadblocks.
• Monitor team bandwidth and identify skill gaps.
• Ensure smooth build deployments and maintain game stability.
• Provide regular updates on technical progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with tech leads and manage Jira for task tracking.

Requirements

• Experience in project management within game development.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in using Jira for task management.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to assess risks and solve problems effectively.
• Experience in QA processes and build management.
• Familiarity with game development pipelines and technical production.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience with live ops and post-launch support is a plus.
