• Seeking a talented Principal Consultant for our Professional Services team.
• Drive customer program success by defining and measuring business value.
• Build and maintain customer roadmaps for long-term AWS value delivery.
• Collaborate with strategic customers to ensure they meet their goals.
• Lead Executive Steering Committees and manage Account-level Risks.
• Uncover new opportunities within customers to drive growth.
• Navigate difficult conversations at high organizational levels.
• Collaborate effectively with diverse roles on customer work streams.
• Adjust priorities in response to evolving needs.
• Utilize KPIs to measure success in strategic accounts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of consulting experience in cloud and digital transformation.
• Proven ability to build key client relationships and secure repeat business.
• Experience delivering large, complex projects for enterprise clients.
• Expertise in public cloud infrastructure and services, preferably AWS.
• Strong understanding of Agile project delivery.
• Excellent communication skills, especially with executive audiences.
• Startup environment adaptability and cross-functional teamwork.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Willingness to travel for project kick offs and key client milestones.
