Overview

The Product Support Technician will be the first point of contact for customers in Latin America, providing essential support and training to enhance their experience with our sports technology solutions.

In Short

  • Provide basic user administration and technical support remotely to clients.
  • Deliver remote product training and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
  • Ensure high levels of user satisfaction by owning problems through to resolution.
  • Document support requests and create help documentation for new features.
  • Collaborate with the software team and validate new software features.
  • Work extended hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
  • Utilize remote software to access customer and internal hardware.
  • Communicate effectively in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Prioritize incoming support requests efficiently.
  • Help improve support processes and documentation.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • 1-2 years of technical support experience.
  • Associate degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with PC systems and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with support ticketing platforms like Salesforce and Zendesk.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Great understanding of sports challenges faced by athletes and coaches.
