• Manage and support production environments for mission-critical systems in Azure.
• Troubleshoot Azure Synapse and Azure Data Factory data pipelines.
• Assess and resolve issues related to batch jobs and processes.
• Administer Azure Active Directory and Azure Management Groups.
• Utilize monitoring tools for operational reporting.
• Build and maintain a knowledge base and technical documentation.
• 2+ years of experience in relevant Azure technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to create documentation.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Requirements

• Experience with ITSM tools like Jira or ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with Managed Services and Security Accreditation.
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Tier II and Tier III ticketing processes.
• AWS or Microsoft Azure Certification.
