Overview

The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for providing training, education, and ongoing support to a select customer base with Catapult’s athlete tracking hardware and software solutions in the APAC region, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing their return on investment.

In Short

  • Account manage a select portfolio of teams in North East Asia.
  • Deliver remote or onsite onboarding to new users.
  • Educate customers on best practices utilizing Catapult technology.
  • Facilitate technical support in line with company SLAs.
  • Maintain client health through active account management.
  • Host workshops showcasing Catapult products.
  • Create localized self-service content in regional languages.
  • Assist in pre-sales activities and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain a large database of information.
  • Aid in data analysis of elite teams.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Japanese and English; Korean is desirable.
  • Effective communication skills to customers and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond for customers.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Great time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work individually and with a regional team remotely.
  • Experience in elite sporting environments is recommended.
  • Understanding of various sports.
  • Hands-on experience with performance monitoring tools.
