Overview

The Customer Success Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting customers post-sale, handling inquiries related to order status, product issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's preferred.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Friendly and team-oriented attitude.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented and efficient.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM preferred.
