Overview

The Account Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless sales process at Merchology, serving as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries regarding premium branded products.

In Short

• Interact and collaborate with colleagues and customers via calls, emails, and live chat.
• Communicate with customers to qualify leads and identify project details.
• Meet KPIs related to customer engagements and sales conversion rates.
• Work with the Account Representative team to achieve sales goals.
• Proactively reach out to customers to enhance retention and satisfaction.
• Build relationships with team members and customers.
• Understand products and services to provide knowledgeable support.
• Conduct in-person facility tours for local customers.
• Complete additional projects as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service or sales.
• Team-oriented attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with a CRM such as Hubspot.
• Efficient, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
