The Account Representative at Merchology plays a crucial role in managing customer relationships and closing sales for premium branded products in a fast-paced environment.

• Serve as the primary contact for customers interested in branded merchandise.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM tools like Hubspot.
• Detail-oriented and efficient.
• Excellent communication skills.
