Overview

The Product Technician role at MERIT involves supporting the configuration of the EXCELSIOR™ platform for clinical trials, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing support to various stakeholders.

• Support configuration of the EXCELSIOR platform for clinical trials.
• Provide administrative support for the EXCELSIOR application.
• Assist clinical sites and internal staff with EXCELSIOR functionalities.
• Collaborate with product teams to understand software requirements.
• Troubleshoot and report bugs to the development team.
• Assist in training and document development for imaging functions.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and SOPs.

Requirements

• High school diploma with relevant work experience.
• Minimum of two years in a health-related or technical field.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
• Ability to work independently and follow directions.
• Clear and effective oral and written communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and orderly work area.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Willingness to comply with safety regulations.
