Overview

As the Manager, Marketing Operations & Performance at Caseware, you will lead and manage our global Marketing Technology stack to ensure the tools and technology used by the global Marketing team drives efficiency and continuously improves marketing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or data science
• 5+ years experience in Marketing Operations
• Experience with HubSpot as a global administrator
• Strong analytical mindset with data integration skills
• Experience with Salesforce integrations
• Proficiency in leading technology implementation projects
• Experience with BI tools for reporting
• Skills in lead flow/scoring and nurture programs
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in process optimization
