Overview

The Operations Performance Manager at Cox Automotive is responsible for enhancing the Dealer Solutions portfolio, focusing on driving value for automotive dealers through effective product utilization and relationship management.

In Short

  • Manage and grow Dealer Solutions portfolio including F&I, DMS, and Xtime products.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Dealertrack and Xtime solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with franchise and independent auto dealerships.
  • Drive effective utilization of products within assigned territories.
  • Implement process changes to enhance customer transactions.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and address client challenges.
  • Partner closely with sales to leverage product knowledge.
  • Manage at-risk clients and develop turnaround strategies.
  • Maintain product knowledge and adapt to new releases.
  • Travel up to 50% for client engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 6 years of experience.
  • Experience in managing fixed operations in the automotive sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Exceptional listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to learn and explain various products.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
