Overview

The Manager, Operations will lead a motivated team of associates, providing support to volunteer leaders in executing the goals and objectives of Team Rubicon. This role requires expertise in disaster response operations and a strong understanding of the incident command system.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead volunteers effectively.
