Overview

As the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations & Performance at Caseware, you’ll lead and manage our global Marketing Technology stack to ensure the tools and technology used by the global Marketing team drive efficiency and continuously improve marketing processes.

In Short

• Build and maintain a robust database enrichment program for HubSpot.
• Develop and manage comprehensive reporting on database health and campaign KPIs.
• Oversee the global marketing tech stack and manage vendor relationships.
• Streamline lead management workflows and optimize email programs.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a business, marketing or data science program is an asset.
• 7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations/automation/performance reporting.
• 5+ years of experience as a global administrator for HubSpot.
• Experience working with Hubspot and Salesforce integrations.
• Deep analytical mindset with experience in data integration and analysis.
