Client Relationship Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Client Relationship Analyst is responsible for capturing and documenting client/investor servicing requirements, creating investor presentations, performing ad hoc analysis, and assisting in loan servicing transfers, change management, process improvement, and client relations activities.

• Learn all aspects of the business process and operational report metrics.
• Gather and document client/investor servicing requirements.
• Participate in the initial diligence process and analyze loan portfolio data.
• Consult with internal/external clients on industry changes.
• Coordinate quality control processes between investors and internal units.
• Perform loan data analysis and validate test results.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Assist with change management and process improvement.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Independently manage assigned counterparty relationships.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in relationship management or client services preferred.
• Intermediate analytical and Excel experience.
• Project Management skills preferred.
• Mortgage servicing experience is preferred.
