• Maintain and operate enterprise applications in support of business operations.
• Monitor network and systems operations, respond to alerts.
• Support, troubleshoot, and resolve server hardware and software problems.
• Rack, build, configure, and modify/upgrade servers.

• Participate in on-call rotation and scheduled maintenance.

Requirements

• Knowledge of common software applications including Solarwinds and Microsoft technologies.
• Ability to understand complex problems and collaborate on solutions.
• Ability to make decisions impacting the work unit.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work schedule.
• High school diploma; technical training preferred.
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in desktop/server roles.
• MCSA or appropriate certifications preferred.
• Experience with MS Windows installation and troubleshooting.
