In Short

• Actively recruits new foster homes for all foster care programs.
• Completes home studies and licensing processes for prospective foster homes.
• Maintains compliance records and documentation of licensing matters.
• Conducts monitoring visits to ensure foster homes meet licensing standards.
• Assists with disseminating agency licensing information.
• Collaborates with DCFS for licensing services.
• Provides ongoing support to unlicensed homes.
• Ensures all foster homes comply with licensing standards.
• Participates in training and development for trauma-informed care.
• Utilizes proficient computer skills for documentation and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service Related Field.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, and database management software.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must have CWEL certification.
• Willingness to adopt trauma-informed practices.
