Overview

CarGurus is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Sales Trainer to elevate sales productivity and performance across the UK and Canada markets. This role is critical in driving regional success while aligning with the global best practices of CarGurus’ "Center of Excellence." This position is hybrid out of our Dublin office.

In Short

• Design and deliver tailored 1:1 and group coaching sessions.
• Localize global enablement programs to meet regional needs.
• Implement onboarding and certification programs for new hires.
• Analyze CRM and sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional sales, marketing, and product teams.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or coaching.
• Experience in a quota-carrying sales role preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and data analysis skills.
