Performance Enablement Director - Remote

Overview

The Performance Enablement Director will plan and coordinate all activities to execute the strategic implementation and maturity of production excellence processes, including continuous improvement portfolio initiatives and management systems with a focus on driving operational performance and value capture across manufacturing plants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of six years of related work experience.
• Black belt certification (preferred).
• Lean six sigma experience (preferred).
• Operational excellence knowledge (preferred).
• Project portfolio and governance skills (preferred).
• Proficiency with spreadsheet and database applications (preferred).
• Three years of supervisory experience (preferred).
